Ran a national SMS mobilization program called Rapid Recruit that sent over 20 million texts across 100+ campaigns in partnership with 40+ progressive organizations across 20+ states. The program's average clickthrough rate never dropped below 5%, more than five times the industry benchmark for cold SMS, and finished at over 6% across 1.2 million individual clicks. The program's warm list of repeat action-takers, the "Reliable Recruits", consistently hit 10%+ CTR, peaking at over 27% in the 24 hours before No Kings 3 — the largest single day of protest in American history.
The Rapid Recruit team recruited people into a virtual ICE watch training within 24 hours resulting in 80,000+ attendees, helped Bay Resistance fill a mass noncooperation training to capacity, and delivered 18 new Board of Elections monitors to Ohio counties that needed them.
Partners included the No Kings Alliance, Women's March, Sunrise Movement, ACLU People Power, Indivisible, Field Team 6, and 40+ others. The program ran one campaign per workday for five months with a team of four.

Part of the incubator team behind Movement Labs' evidence-driven organizing programs, which verifiably netted over 100,000 net Democratic votes across the top 7 battleground states in 2024 (audited by a third-party researcher across 110+ randomized controlled trials).
Piloted and scaled new digital organizing programs, recruited and managed a team of digital organizers and volunteers, and executed peer-to-peer texting and relational organizing campaigns. Also ran a Voter Transportation Program pilot, coordinating free Lyft rides to the polls for voters who couldn't afford transportation, operating a live dispatch hotline and managing logistics end-to-end.
Org: Crooked Media (2022–2024)
Built the Friends of the Pod Discord server from scratch, developing the moderation infrastructure, onboarding flows, volunteer leadership structure, and engagement programming that converted over 70% of paid podcast subscribers into an active online community of more than 13,000 members before her departure.
Led a team of 15 volunteer moderators, programmed digital and in-person events, and served as the internal point person for Supercast, the platform powering Crooked's paid subscription service.
NextGen America (2021–2022)
Contributed to a peer-to-peer texting program across nine states that sent over 24.5 million texts to voters ages 18 to 35. Supported a virtual volunteer community of more than 5,800 people by recruiting and training volunteer leaders, redesigning orientation processes, and leading virtual workshops for groups of up to 200 attendees.

Supported Georgia State Representative Ruwa Romman's legislative digital strategy by translating policy updates and constituent communications into accessible, visually cohesive content across Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. Subsequently contributed to the early launch of Ruwa for Georgia's gubernatorial campaign, supporting digital messaging, branding, and content rollout during the campaign's foundational months.
Standout results included a Know Your Rights carousel that reached 108K organic views and 39K unique accounts with 91% non-follower discovery, a narrative carousel on democracy and free speech generating 25K+ organic views, and campaign launch content sustaining 10–15% engagement rates — consistently outperforming standard political content benchmarks.

Supported the digital organizing infrastructure for Swifties 4 Kamala. a viral grassroots coalition that raised over $122,000 at its kickoff call, mobilized tens of thousands of volunteers, and completed more than 22 million direct voter contacts.
Scope included Discord server architecture, channel structure, onboarding flows, and moderation tools that were built to support a fast-scaling, action-oriented community from the ground up.
